1. Creamy Vegetable Soup

A warm bowl of soup can be incredibly comforting on a cold day. This creamy vegetable soup is not only satisfying but also packed with vitamins from fresh vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of milk (or a dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (e.g., spinach, broccoli, or peas)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
